To address the expansion of transnational crime through joint countermeasures, the inaugural meeting of the International Capital Police Council was convened. Over the 3-day event, participating agencies discussed international policing cooperation and issued a joint declaration. The meeting established a direct operational network by enabling the sharing of investigative intelligence and setting up a dual hotline for real-time collaboration.
